Lucy – Friendliest driver

I’d like to mention a particular driver, whom was driving the 49 which arrived at Scott Road today at 22.20. I really noticed how friendly he was, I took a short mental list of what I liked about him. He re-opened his doors without a frown in sight, chatted with quite a few customers, genuinely said hello and goodbye, gave helpful directions, was very smiley. It’s drivers like this that bring a bit of warmth to our journeys on bitter nights like tonight.
